By downloading or using Checklist ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Using Checklist

Checklist is a task management app provided by vsell.uk. You may use the App for personal and professional productivity. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your credentials. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Checklist Pro is available as a Monthly subscription ($1.99/month), a Yearly subscription ($14.99/year), or a Lifetime purchase ($49, one-time). All plans include a 1-month free trial.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — contact support@vsell.uk within 30 days of purchase.

4. Your content

Your tasks and data belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and sync your content solely to provide the App's functionality. We will not access, use, or share your content except as required to provide the service or as required by law.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, and content (excluding your data) are owned by vsell.uk and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost. We recommend keeping your own backups of important data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vsell.uk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email and update the date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
