License

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and vsell.uk ("Licensor") for the use of Checklist ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA and payment of applicable fees, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal and professional productivity.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by law
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software to any third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Use the Software to develop a competing product or service

3. Intellectual property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to vsell.uk and title thereto remains with the Licensor. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you.

4. Subscription and lifetime access

A Lifetime purchase grants you a perpetual licence to use the version of the Software current at the time of purchase and all updates released during the Licensor's support period for that major version. It does not grant ownership of the Software.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
