Working at Checklist
We're independent and bootstrapped, which means we move deliberately. We don't hire ahead of need. When we do hire, we look for people who care deeply about craft, communicate well in writing, and are genuinely excited about building tools for keyboard-driven workflows.
We work asynchronously across time zones. There are no mandatory meetings. We write things down. We respect deep work.
